What is your return policy for unused items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
Product care instructions vary by material. While many of our stainless steel and silicone tools are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing our fine porcelain and specialty wood products to preserve their longevity.
